Field Coordinator

At WIHD, Vera serves as the Women's Empowerment Program Coordinator. In her role, she uses her expertise in psychology to develop and implement programs aimed at uplifting and empowering all individuals. Vera is committed to promoting mental health, and personal growth among women and drives innovative initiatives that resonate with the unique needs and aspirations of program participants.

One of her key responsibilities is coordinating a team of facilitators who conduct research, training, and other support to vulnerable groups. She also recruits, trains, and supports facilitators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to make a meaningful impact on the field. 

In her interactions with program participants, Vera's warmth, empathy, and genuine concern create a safe space where women feel empowered to share their stories, seek guidance, and access support. She listens attentively to their needs, advocates for their rights, and connects them with resources and opportunities for personal and professional development. 

Through her role as Women's Empowerment Program Coordinator, she brings WIHD's goal of promoting a safe and sustainable community for everyone to life. Her passion, and leadership inspires women to embrace their strengths, and overcome obstacles in life.
