Meet Solange Ayongo, WIHD’s Field Lead Trainer and Project Management Expert. With nearly a decade of experience in project management, Solange has been a driving force behind WIHD’s growth since its inception. She earned her Master’s in Project Management from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa (PAID-WA) in Douala, Cameroon, and brings a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine compassion to every project she leads.

Solange oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of field projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum impact. She is highly skilled at anticipating challenges, managing risks, and finding practical solutions to unexpected obstacles—qualities that make her an indispensable leader in the organization. Beyond her technical role, Solange is deeply committed to mentoring and motivating her team, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best.
