Solange Ayongo

Solange Ayongo is a Field Lead Trainer and Project Management Expert at WIHD. She holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa (PAID-WA) in Douala, Cameroon with almost a decade of experience working in the field. Solange has been an integral part of WIHD since its inception, planning and executing numerous projects, while expertly considering risk factors and uncertainties to the environment to ensure the successful execution of all field projects. 

Beyond project management, she also has remarkable problem-solving skills making her indispensable in addressing various challenges within the organization. Whether she's troubleshooting operational issues or providing guidance to teams on project execution, Solange's versatility and dedication to the orgnaization is significant in contributing to WIHD's success. She embodies WIHD's mission of creating social change that is deeply rooted in innovation and sustainability, enabling. Her impact is palpable, and continues to inspire and uplift the teams .
