Nkongho Ojong is a dedicated advocate and legal professional serving as Advocacy Manager at WIHD Cameroon. Her journey began in the legal field as a court registrar at the Court of First Instance in Limbe, Cameroon, where she gained firsthand experience working within the justice system. That foundation now fuels her passion for promoting equality and strengthening community voices through her work at WIHD.

In her role, Nkongho leads the organization’s advocacy initiatives by designing action plans, supervising advocacy efforts, and guiding teams to deliver meaningful results. She also manages donor-funded projects, ensures compliance with state and organizational policies, and develops fundraising proposals to sustain WIHD’s mission. Her leadership is marked by a proactive mindset and a focus on accountability, ensuring projects are not only implemented but also impactful.

Her blend of legal expertise, advocacy skills, and compassion makes her a key driver of WIHD’s projects. She brings both professional discipline and personal empathy to her role, helping to create a safer, more supportive environment for women within the communities we serve.
