Bella Yannick

Balla Yannick is an experienced engineering and construction management professional. He brings specialized expertise in infrastructure and construction management, which has been instrumental since the inception of WIHD’s Nsimalen building projects.

Yannick oversees construction projects and infrastructure initiatives, provides technical guidance on structural design, implementation, and engineering best practices. He conducts site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to support effective planning and execution.

Yannick takes a practical approach to field operations, leading the construction team, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. He values community input, and engages local residents to incorporate knowledge and preferences into project designs and implementation, which fosters participation and ownership.

Outside of WIHD, Yannick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, participating in other activities, managing business ventures, and playing football during his leisure time.
