Bringing a wealth of experience in building relationships and expanding businesses, Minette boasts a top 10% sales performance within the WIHD team. Her strong academic foundation in economics, and accounting, underpins her strategic management and training style in sales development.
Prior to joining WIHD, Minette held esteemed positions as the Head of the Teaching Department at the Emmaus Bilingual Academy Complex in Yaoundé (COSBY) and as the Head of Department for Social Sciences at the YWCA Secondary and High School in Yaoundé, where she rapidly ascended through the ranks in just two years.
Minette is known for her cool, calm, and collected demeanor, making her ta great fit to lead a section that requires meticulous attention to detail. Her work is evident in her response to inquiries from trainees, where she humorously remarks that the weeks feel "too short" as she prefers to be immersed in her professional endeavors.
