Akwensioge Minette is the Sales Development and Management lead at WIHD, driving the organization’s presence in local and national markets. With expertise in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), she has achieved top 10% sales performance within the team. Her academic background in economics and accounting informs her strategic approach to sales and training.
Before joining WIHD, Minette held leadership roles in education, including Head of Teaching at Emmaus Bilingual Academy Complex and Head of Social Sciences at YWCA Secondary and High School in Yaoundé. Known for her calm, organized, and approachable style, she effectively manages inquiries, mentors trainees, and ensures operational excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and engaging with community members in English, French, Bakossi, and Ewondo.
